If an appointment is missed or shortened by the client, no refunds or exchanges will be provided, and the appointment will not be rescheduled or extended.

• No-Show Policy: No-shows will not be tolerated. We understand that unforeseen events can occur. However, to cancel an appointment, clients must send a text message to the business phone number up to one hour prior to their scheduled time. Calls, emails, or verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the client being marked as a no-show and a $25 fee being added to their next appointment. Full prepayment will be required for any future services after a no-show. No exceptions.
